Retail/Non-Custom Orders:
*Order will process 1-3 business days before it goes to production to ensure sizing, graphic files, and logistics are feasible.

*Once it is printed, transferred, and sent to sewing, you will receive an email that says "processing," followed by a "shipped" email, meaning the label is created.
*Total time maybe 15-25 business days.* Please plan and order accordingly. We will work as quickly as possible processing and pushing orders through our system.
Custom Orders:
- Turn-around time: 3-5 weeks, rush under 3 weeks for a fee.
- Rush fee: Calculated based on pieces and due date; ask your sales rep for details.
- Minimum order: No minimum, but bulk discounts for 7+ pieces.
- Do you make pants/other gear? Yes, we offer all gear and apparel, including silk screening, embroidery, and sublimation.
- Samples: Available in 2 weeks or sooner if on-hand.
- HS purchase orders: Yes.
- Payment plans: 50% down, 50% on order shipment.
- Fundraisers: Available through team stores.
- Shipping: $0.80 per item, $2 for team stores.
- Handling: 4% of total order.
- Team stores: Open for 2 weeks, can reopen as needed.
